Brownie banana-chocolate
Ingredients
- 8 ounces chocolate unsweetened
- 1 cup butter
- 5 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 serving espresso
- 550g flour sifted
- 400g sugar
- 3 ripe bananas
Method
- Mix sugar and butter.
- Melt the chocolate.
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Place in oven covered for 12 minutes at 325° F. , then uncovered for 8 minutes
- It should be ‘wet-ish’ in the middle.
